ReTiSoft integration services assist with technical knowledge transfer, design and system build to facilitate the successful integration of automated systems with ReTiSoft solutions. We follow a well defined project life-cycle to ensure that each automated system is designed, implemented and validated according to client needs.

Project Life Cycle

Functional Specifications Document (FSD) consists of well defined system requirements.
Detailed System Design (DSD) entails the complete design of the automated system, layout of instruments and system enclosure design.
Initial Validation Testing (IVT) in which all the instrument drivers are validated, and schedules are created and validated against timing and system constraints with our software tools.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) involves the initial integration of the system at our R&D and Manufacturing facility or the client site. The system functionality is tested and validated with dry runs.
Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) involves the final system integration at the client site. The system functionality is tested and validated with real samples.

System Enclosures

ReTiSoft also builds custom laboratory tables and system enclosures. The laboratory tables and system enclosures are built from Parker IPS aluminum extrusion parts. The surfaces of the tables are machined from solid phenolic-core panels manufactured by TRESPA or Formica.

Laboratory Table provides the users with economical workspace for their automation system. It is built from Parker IPS extrusion parts and phenolic-core table surfaces. It comes with adjustable feet and brackets for securing all the instruments on the table.
Basic System Enclosure offers a safe enclosure for small and medium size robotic arms. It is built from Parker IPS extrusion parts and phenolic-core table surfaces. It comes with door switches, ESTOP buttons, flat touch control panel, adjustable feet and brackets for securing all the instruments on the table.
High-End System Enclosure offers a safe enclosure for large and more powerful robotic arms. It is built from Parker IPS extrusion parts and phenolic-core table surfaces. It comes with light curtain, door switches, ESTOP buttons, flat touch control panel, adjustable feet and brackets for securing all the instruments on the table.
Humidity Controlled System Enclosure offers a safe enclosure for processing samples which require controlled humidity or temperature conditions.
